These Terms of Service aim to stipulate the conditions of use and operational matters of the services provided by Brentwood Smiles Orthodontics (hereinafter referred to as the "Site").

Establishment of Agreement
The service agreement is established when the administrator accepts the application after the user agrees to the terms during the registration process. Your continued use of the Site constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these Terms.
Personal Information Protection
The site does not store passwords provided during registration and complies with the Privacy Policy to protect member information.
Please note: the site is not responsible for information exposed due to the member's own negligence or failure to maintain account security.
Obligations
Both the administrator and members have distinct responsibilities under this agreement:
Shall handle member complaints promptly and strive for consistent, stable service delivery at all times.
Shall comply with site policies and applicable laws, and must not infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties.
Service Hours & Termination
Services are generally available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except during scheduled system maintenance or unforeseeable outages.
Members may terminate the service agreement at any time through the online system without penalty. Upon termination, the member's access to account features will be discontinued.
Limitation of Liability
The administrator is not liable for damages arising from:
- Force majeure events beyond our reasonable control
- System failure resulting from third-party attacks or unauthorized access
- Disputes between members or between members and third parties, where there is no intentional negligence on our part
